1- Based on the reviewers’ recommendation, the research is either accepted as is, accepted with modifications, or rejected, and the researcher is informed accordingly.
2- After the arbitration process is completed, a publication fee is requested, which is 90,000 Iraqi dinars for Iraqi researchers and 75 dollars for Arab and foreign researchers. Please note that the journal is non-profit and the mentioned fees are only to cover arbitration, publication, and translation expenses.
3- Publication is completely free for researchers from outside Iraq for the year 2022 and beyond, and for the first research.
4- All research arbitration procedures are conducted electronically based on the Open Journal Systems (OJS).
